PM Group Joins Hands with KMUTT to Promote Innovation and Start-up Projects

Bangkok, 24 February 2016 | PM GROUP, a fast-growing Thai conglomerate, led by its CEO Mr. Chalermchai Mahagitsiri (second from right), has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Fungtammasan (second from left), Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation, to exchange business development know-how and to cooperate in the incubation of start-up companies that intend to transform innovative research into commercial outcomes.

In addition, PM GROUP and KMUTT will also help provide joint investment funds to potential start-up companies so that they can grow their businesses for the benefit of the Thai economy and our nation. Witnesses at the ceremony were PM GROUP Senior Executive Vice President Mr. Chia Wan Huat Joseph and the varsity’s Associate Dean for Education Development Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tiranee Achalakul.
