POSCO ThaiNox PCL (formerly ‘ThaiNox Stainless’) is Thailand’s first and largest manufacturer and distributor of premium cold-rolled stainless steel. ThaiNox was founded by PM Group Chairman Mr. Prayudh Mahagitsiri in 1990. PM Group invited POSCO of South Korea in 2011 to be the major shareholder, following which the company acquired its present name and became an affiliate.
